Frank Motors Prepaid Maintenance Program Helps Keep Your Vehicle Performing at its Best.
Your Frank Motors Dealership is pleased to include Frank Auto Care with the purchase or lease of your used vehicle. The plan will help insulate you from the rising cost of covered service for one year or 15,000 miles. You will also have the confidence in knowing the maintenance is performed by skilled technicians.

Convenience.
You will receive a prepaid maintenance package that fits conveniently in your glove compartment. When you take your vehicle in for its scheduled service, simply present your Frank Auto Care coverage service card to your Frank Motors dealer service representative. Your trained technician already knows what is covered under your plan, which can save you time whenever you bring your vehicle in for service.

Timed Reminders.
Approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled service, you will receive a service reminder based on your individual driving characteristics.

Computerized Service History.
At the end of the plan term, you will receive a detailed Computerized Service History of the covered maintenance performed on your vehicle, which may help maximize your vehicle's resale value.

  • PCV Valve (if applicable)

  • Tire Wear
  • Tire Pressure Check and Adjustment
  • Windshield Wipers

The multi-point inspection of critical components in your vehicle can save you money by identifying potential problems, such as excessive wear. Early detection can reduce the possibility of a part failure.

Additional Frank Auto Care Plans Available

Several extended maintenance plans are available for purchase and, if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment.3

  • 2 years/25,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • 3 years/40,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • 4 years/55,000 miles (whichever comes first)

*The use of synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil and filter changes may be required less often. Consult your vehicle's Scheduled Maintenance Guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.

Purchase of a Maintenance Plan is optional, cancellable (see agreement terms) and is not required to obtain credit.
Frank Auto Care (also known as Classic plan) is sold by Frank Motors under express permission of Toyota Motor Insurance Services, Inc. ("Administrator") who is the obligor of the program. The Administrator may be reached at 800-332-0712. This is a sample of the terms of the maintenance plan, which are fully described in the Customer Agreement which will be mailed to you upon approval of your application. The actual time and mileage coverage, exclusions and limitations of the Agreement issued to a customer may vary by both the vehicle model and according to the plan chosen by the customer. Services or repairs not covered by your plan are your responsibility, even if additional services are recommended by your dealer or revealed by inspections covered by your plan. Consult your vehicle's Owner's Manual for the factory-recommended service intervals.
